Random opinions hour: As much as I respect Ford for broadening your horizons of fanfic writing from the Toonami era of anime/"boomer" anime in general, sometimes his ideas can get a bit too crazy. Feels like the original draft of the GC characters being extras in the Ethereal War seemed saner (and a better idea overall; I'm kinda sad the B-team faded into the background after Mido's invasion in chapters 16-18, as much as I'm aware the Kakegurui and Nioh guys are just extra flavor, and the latter's cannon fodder one of the reasons for the M-rating beyond lemons, I still wanted them to have a real last hurrah rather than the weird Guilty Crown/Dragonball B-plot hijack.)
I'm sorry for being so critical here; just dumping some mediocre opinions. Later days, and have a great birthday!

There's not really much I say though honestly because most of this was covered in the main story.
but still it makes sense to post it, and it's on your birthday which makes it special and cool
this was one awesome story no matter which side it was told from, keep up the awesome work on everything.

Shu's sperging in Japanese will never get old and probably is the only redeemable feature about him in this story. That said I'm kinda glad you made YYDGM Shu kinda cool, and I'm looking forward for that GC OVA.

Welp...don't really see anything but this being stuff copy and pasted from the Legends Chapter. Shu cringe stuff aside, still not sure how Darkseid taunts the hero's when his head's blown off unless he grew another mouth in his chest lol.
Welp, with how much the forth wall has been broken still crossing my fingers Leouch joins in to diss Shu even further for the showdown to make the breakdown complete, we will see lol.

Still not a crazy fan of the Guilty Crown hijack from nowhere, but this chapter was alright.
I know Shurer/Shoe is the final boss because he's a self-destructive whiner useful idiot rather than a psychopath with delusions of grandeur, but man he's really lame when you have dudes like Saklas and Mido being things. Like lamer than Professor Frank.
Also before this chapter I expected Arisa and Yami Anat to merge into some evil riot cop Craniamon wannabe. Just a random thing in my mind.
Later days and good luck with the final chapter!

not gonna lie I got burned out reading the other update, but this is more of a POV it seems.
it is always interesting to see fights from different angles though.

So...your doing this again...but just for the Guilty Crown segments eh? Well, I guess Guilty Crown fans will like it...ah well, at least its not Valrave or or Buddy Complex lol.
Well...this is mostly the same so...lets see things I left out last time...I realized it was a waste to not see Wargreymon and Metal Garuumon become Omnimon right as Goku and Vegeta became Gogeta, a waste of what could have been a cool movement, oh well.
Also realized it could have been cool if it was Goku interacting with GT Goku and co to note the contrasts...I guess that's sort of what Hero's is doing right now...still.
Oh well, good luck with the non cannon attempt to redeem the series and all.

I like this smaller snippet of the cognitive war. I still have my issues with the Character Corner tier final battle in a more grounded series, but man you picked some good snippets for the final battle.

so this is like the last chapter you posted but with some differences like a POV style chapter kind of like how other stories have done similar things.
Cause I noticed a lot of dialogue is carried over, but that's fine.
Still nice to get back into muses from time to time.
Keep up the awesome work you two.
