Wow, finally getting a minute to catch up and I am so glad to start with this sweet morsel of a story. I love the rich details you supply and all of the backstory implied by those details. They're on Naboo (my headcanon, too) and their extended family is different from the old EU (yay). I enjoy this setup very much. I love that your Leia has a need for speed, too. You paint such a vivid picture here, I can really imagine Han's face in profile as he focuses on navigating the waterways to get Leia and the baby safely to the hospital.

Han Solo, man of action, problem-solver extraordinaire, and now burgeoning lactation expert! Is there anything this guy CAN'T do? It always makes me melt to see Han get mushy himself when he looks at where his life has unexpectedly taken him, and the lengths he will go to to ensure that nothing threatens that life he loves so much. Your Han and Leia may be old seasoned hands at this baby thing, but they are still very much the Han and Leia that we know from the OT - crackling and sparking but with a love and respect for each other that always shines through. Wonderful fic!

I just love how Leia, in these last few moments to herself, thinks back fondly on all of the most special people in her life and how they have and continue to bring their own unique and special blend of love and support for her. I especially chuckled at Leia thinking about a ride long-ago, on a day of racing speeders - it's really no wonder these two have 4 babies so far, is it? And it is OH SO NICE to see these two get the "happy ever after" that they richly deserved!

This was such a fun story to beta! Who doesn’t love happily married Han and Leia, still true to character after many years together and about to welcome baby number four? Of course Han is having a lovely dream about his lovely wife, and quite reticent to wake up, but once he does, he springs into action as the Han we all know and love. I laughed out loud at him grabbing to wrong bag for the hospital!

So touching and affecting, full of closeness, intimacy, and a warm kind of triumph of the heart that lights the whole beautiful chapter. Love Han's mixed emotion and action; the pillow is genius! And so in character! Love the shared gratitude, the exchange of experience and memory leading them all the way here, to their newest baby (aw, Brehana, great name). Love Leia's exhaustion, capability, wryness, joy. And I love the humour- "Hey! Droid!" made me laugh out loud. Awesome job, Mermaid! (And a tip of the hat to Merman plus hug to JCBS for the boundless support they surely provided.)

I loved this story and this chapter was such a nice way to wrap it up! I especially like how Han made Leia a nursing pillow, it was very sweet. And of course when Leia thanked Han, he thanked her for so much more. Bravo!
