Omg I never realized trix was a boy ! Dang I'm so stupid! I really like this theory btw, I think it's actually pretty likely (I mean c'mon this is Shannon Messenger we're talking about, there's going to be a great twist)!

Yeah I did notice that he said that but he said it was like a coma and didn't give a specific condition so I just started calling it one. Also yeah that's my second theory on Keefe's ability. Grady would have to be his mentor and that would be epic! Also imagine him using it on "Mommy Dearist" or "Lord Fancy Pants" trying to hurt them the way they hurt him and Sophie bringing him out of it saying "you don't have to be like them"! It would just make an awesome dramatic moment! Sry for the long review.

I suppose. Seems a bit of a stretch, though, matching elves up with similar abilities, and I just don’t think it fits Jolie’s character. She was supposed to be sweet, loving, not jealous and spiteful and plotting!
And I realize at this point that all my reviews have just been saying why the theories wouldn’t work. I still support them, though! I just don’t think Jolie’s alive. Although, Shannon does have a habit of bringing dead characters back to life...

I do see the resining here, and I would agree except for the fact that Sophie being a hydro kinetic is really random, and frankly, kind of useless. Lihn is a hydrokinetic, why would the black swan want two? Also, why would the black swan want Sophie to be a hydrokinetic in the first place? All of her abilities have specific uses, designed to make her the elf she is. Hydrokinesis, while very cool, doesn’t have many world changing qualities. And it doesn’t really have a use, either, other than being a good tool to fight with. But if the black swan did want to give Sophie a good fighting ability, wouldn’t they have made her a phaser or guster or something? But aside from that, I could see Sophie being a hydrokinetic, I guess.

I do not think Keefe is a Mesmer. While it would be totally adorable if he was(do the thing you wrote could actually happen) a meaner is just... basic. Lady Gisela said she wanted empathy specifically for her plans, and if she’s doing something to Keefe it would either be something related tit hat, enhancing his abilities, or giving him something new entirely. She wouldn’t just turn him into a Mesmer. She has to know he would never willingly just join her, so giving him an ability like that when she very well knows he could easily use it against her and be a valuable asset to Sophie...?

I mean I guess... but Jolie wasn’t a techno path, was she? And besides, she wouldn’t have hidden herself if she was still alive. And I feel like she would have reacted differently if Sophie.

I think Sophie likes Fitz with her head, and Keefe with her heart. SoKeefe needs to happen in the next book! Keep posting! These ideas are brilliant.
