I don’t blame Ginny for her attitude towards both her mother and her brother. Bill ought to know a bit better. He did move away for quite some time, most likely for a reason, consciously or not.
Ginny is doing a spectacular job of keeping her temper. Who knew her first trial would come so soon.

How devastating for the family to not have their parents present. So glad they could celebrate so well together, despite the awkward moments.
Wise words from Ginny to Hermione. I am really loving this pairing, here in your story, it just feels beautiful and natural. I certainly wouldn’t mind it truly developing and even becoming more permanent. It really does seem to be just flowing. What a lovely way to end the chapter.

I take it Molly is spitting nails and they are forcibly removing her in an effort to help her calm down. It is a harsh new reality she is having to face, and she tends to baby her children and try and prevent their growing up in an effort to protect them and keep them safe, so it must be doubly hard for her, especially given her history.

Just an FYI, when Poppy asks her if she’s sure, you have mom instead of mum. Very disturbing that Dumbledore is so pleased. Frustrating that people are having such a hard time believing them. You’re doing a good job of showing that just because it’s over, it’s not over.
Right now they’re kinda of between a rock and a hard place. They have to protect her and their secret, which are almost at odds with each other. A crowded (somewhat) school with troublesome students is not the best venue for accomplishment either of those things (good thing Draco is not in her year), but taking her out would send the wrong message.
Something like a glamour can only do so much. All it would take is someone bumping up against her to let the cat out of the bag. It’s only just Christmas, and she’s halfway there.
And Molly has arrived. More complications, most likely.

Were they actually affecting the passage of time or did it just feel that way? So happy they were able to have a few moments of happiness. Did I pick up on Harry very rarely initiating intimacy, or even physical contact? I don’t blame them for being so reluctant to trust.
Love the growing closeness between Neville and Hermione. Ron is just dreadful.

I love the way Ginny responded to her brother. I do think someone other than Ron would be a much better match for Hermione. Neville, the twins, and Harry are just so thoughtful of others.

Hello, great story plot. The pace for now is good, although I'm worried about why Voldemort wants a newborn... Especially Harry Potter's new born. Now, I read your comment about Ron bashing, and I must admit I'm not sure what that reviewer is talking about. I have read Ron Bashing, and this is not it. Ron was always a foot-on-mouth, act-react kind of teenager. Emotions and hormones are always high in those years until they settle. Although I do love when he is a tiny bit more tactful about things.
Anyway, my point is that remember, we can give you advise or suggestions but in truth you are the one that writes the wonderful story so just go where your mind takes you, and we'll go along for the ride! Looking forward to more!

Almost two years of torture. So Harry didn’t go back in time like Ginny did? Were they trying to age her because of the pregnancy issue? Nice deed they did for the healer, or rather she did for the healer. What an absolutely horrendous experience. Practically unbelievable they managed to survive with their sanity mostly intact.
