I love the Luffy as King thing. Ended up catching up on the last 5-7 chapters at once.
I think there's a lot to like about this story, but the pacing is slow enough that I kind of want to wait for another 10 chapters and binge. Hopefully now that we're probably getting into more canon-y stuff the pacing speeds up quite a bit.

This story is one of the best I've read. I dont really like different devil fruit Luffy because Luffy not stretching and yelling "Gomu gomu no" isn't the same. However you made this story work and I really have enjoyed i it so far and keep up the good work. If Luffy does ever get a fruit please don't give the goro goro no mi/lighting fruit. There are many stories where Luffy gets that fruit and I don't like it. That's all I hope you continue writing.

I just want to start off by saying Wahoo. Great job. I love seeing reactions to big events from different charters, it makes the world feel bigger and not just two dee. I also love your Buggy mind set. Buggy always comes off to me as a cross between Usopp and Nami. He's smart, a coward, greedy treasure loving, fool, with a health respect to live, tall telling master lier, with one size ego. But Now onto Question. Were is Usopp in this? You would think that with his island being small that it would have joined the Fruit and Flower Kingdom. Also why would Usopp not want to Join the Kingdom transport crew? He wants to be a bravo warrior of the sea but at this point he is a coward to join a pirate crew. Is Fullbody still a lieutenant because he did not fight Sanji at the Baratie. Is Cody still on his Island or was he capture with Alvida? also if he was with Alvida would Coby not want to join the Fruit and Flowers Kingdom as a show of graduate? Also without Luffy would Coby not still be to cowedly to join the Navy? Also with Alvida caught early she would not have eaten her Devil fruit so will some one else eat the Smooth Smooth or will just float away. So now that Gin was caught and in Impel down will we see he again if Luffy invades Impel down? But I do wonder if your building up to Smoker leaving the Marine's to join the straw hat crew? Luffy takes down Pirates fights with honor does what's best for the little people/ gives a shit about the little guys. So I could see Smoker joining after Alabasta. On last note I want to thank you for answering so of my questions without spoiling parts of the story so cant wait for sirtent Arcs more than others. Again your doing great. cant wait for more.

Hooray Luffy can start pirate journey now must be happy that people will maybe stop calling him a hero. Also it's entertaining I get in story told why Nami letter might say what it says. Still funny in beginning when Dadan asked her Nami pretty much said hell no true she just had to spend time with Luffy to feel like that.

I freaking love this. at first I was hesitant because I love devil fruits and their various powers, but luffy is strong without it and will continue to get stronger. would like to see him get one, preferably an original one, at some point but it's not necessary. Also really curious about nami's fruit. I'm thinking it's a mythical zoan fruit but I can't think of a myth that deals with a white bull.

Great chapter I wonder if Luffy’s crew finds Peluce and the rest of the kreig crew that split off in the grandline or not. It would be interesting if they survived and thrived in the grandline only to be crushed by Luffy in the end.

That was just awesome I can't really get enough of this fic. read it 2 times already and it's just great and this chapter even without the major fight was the most crucial in some way as it showed the power and loyalty Luffy has amassed.
