I take it Paradis is not technologically challenged as they were in canon and have built things up in secret something like America's 'Manhattan Project'. i love this world building while a bit slow in places but it is needed to establish places and people that will taking place throughout the story going forward.
Kinda hope this is a massive AU that throws a lot of what he know of canon out the window

You and me need to have a talk one day about your world building, as I'm curious to how you came up with these names for different regions/countries of the world. That is one of my harder issue with AoT since, in terms of places and cultures, its really just an alternate version of our world.
Other than that, I enjoyed this chapter. Felt it dragged out a bit in a few places, just waiting to see when the Eldian Shoe would drop.
Frankly, I think I might do a story like this one day: An AU where the Vow Against War either wasn't in place or just got broken, and the Eldians take back their empire.
Hmm, while Rumbling the world is off the table, I can see them Rumbling a fort or something. You know, basically use them as an automic bomb.
My biggest question is how Eren exists. Was Grisha just born in Paradis or did something canon-ish happen?
Reason I ask this is because it leads into another issue: Have the Marleyans still been doing their dump jobs on Paradis, turning people into Titans? cause...that means Paradis has a BIG army of Pure Titans. And...oh boy, if they've been experimenting with those and the Founding Titan.
Hm, also wondering how Ymir Fritz herself will play into this.

'Queen Historia, King Jaeger' - why does he address Historia by name but Eren by his surname? And anyway, what happened to Historia's siblings that she ended up Queen?
And while this is all very interesting it's also so improbable as to be impossible. For instance - the moment the new king was crowned he could have restored Eldian control over the continent within weeks. There was no pact with the founding titan after all. There is no reason to arbitrarily wait 100 years for the main cast to be the ones to do it.
