The double surname isn't a thing. Stop using it.
The child would take on the name of the father or the mother, or rather the clan name with more prominence. Not both.
There are families/clans who have had only girls born to them in a generation. Who would carry the clan name then? Simple. A man can marry into the clan and carry the women's name on. In this case Naruto should keep Kushina's name as the Uzumaki clan is more prominent.
