Um... I was thinking (which is very dangerous by the way) and even though I am not quite sure which direction you are going to take with this story, I still wanted to ask a question. Ok, Zeta's turning into a human right? But wont he still have at least a metal frame, brain and now nanomachines that are always active? And if this is true, even if he dies (which would probably really hurt and be really sad *cry*) wont his nanomachines just repaire the damage and bring him back to life?
Anyway, thanks alot for the story. I absolutly love it!

XD It's great that you're continuing the story! I love it so far. Come to think of it... I hadn't realized until now that I'm also writing a story that has tiny robots much like those nanonites. ^_^ Neat coincidence. I remember reading a book several years back that was about nanotechnology, and I'd been wanting to write a story about them ever since. I love your concept of how Zee evolves into a human. Please keep going! Can't wait to read more.

Hi, Dragoncat. :) Love your writing, and "The Best Laid Plans" is one of my most favorite. It's very well-written and has a really god plot. I love that it's so full of action, suspense, and drama, and it's written in a simple, realistic manner that gives the story charm and makes it very captivating. Your character development is awesome, too! I hope you can update it very soon. It seems that the climax of the story is pretty close from this point of the story.
