I both love and hate his quirk, being able to gather sensory information from basically any kind of light would both be incredibly useful and situational.
So it can't be considered overpowered in MHA and it has very interesting applications!
However, I don't think its realistic for him to beat Bakugou. Being able to see shoulder joints doesn't necessarily give you the ability to dislocate them. Not to mention Bakugou is both well trained physically and his quirk activation time is FAST.
So I don't see how Aldera could have reacted fast enough to win, even if he was able to "see" everything Bakugou was doing.
I'm going to keep reading tho.
