for Optimistic Game: Revised7/10 c27 erozoth
Damn it, I couldn't make it again, last time I stopped at earlier chapter. The amount of stuff I think is bad in this story is too much, the mental manipulation of the flaws, I consider them as killing the MC and replacing him with an alternate variant.
The constant near death and then luck to defeat the enemies.
The power of luck and friendship basically.
The trash quests, making the MC stronger after the enemy dies, utterly useless and defeats the purpose of a gamer novel, the entire concept was create for quick powerup.
The MC... smart, stupid, rash, calculative, depending on what the author wants and that brings it to the worse part of this story:
Everything is controller by the author, like all stories really, but here it is obvious and so it is predictable, just waiting for the next nerf, the nerf surprise that will make things harder, and the next luck that will solve it.
Like I said, the annoyance of all of this is real, the drama is now, while other novels give a sense of excitement (similar stories), this one does not, like the author thought: I have a great idea for a story, like those others I read, but I will make it more real!

This is just a bag of let downs and failure, slowly getting worse each chapter. At this point is reading waiting for the next fuck up, everytime something new, now we see when everything he said while drunk comes back to bite him... to be fair, it is the author that purposely makes things hard, thinking its a better "plot" or more interesting story but really... a better story or more drama does not counter act the very real annoyance of reading some of parts of this story, something many authors fail to realize.
Its especially true for this type of stories, its a gamer story, its about being OP. The MC is never OP, the quests are useless and pointless and a waste of time. Even the big quests, get 10K stat points after you kill 17 Titans... okay? By then he will be powerful enough to kill 17 titans, 10k stat points will be a nice boost at best, utterly useless from a story stand point, and this accounts to all quests, missing the point of a system, just make him with a perk that gives no upper limit when he trains, maybe trains faster.

Not left a review for you before i dont think so here goes! Seeing reid grow through the story has been amazing, and im looking forward to more. The potential for him to actually end up integrating into a city or something in his origin world and for someone or some being of power to recognize him for who and what he is, would be extremely entertaining. If one or all of the girls where there when it happened, thatd add another level of intrigue and another layer to him that he doesnt share openly, as if I remember right ruby is the only one aware hes a prince from a fallen kingdom. Anyway i look forward to more!

Now that they are starting to get haki and Salem suspecting things and messing with the potions, telling open really is the only option. He has also been very patient so far and hasn’t really pried
