Lol, Erica's plan is clear as day as I once read the novels... Basically she thinks Godou, as a Devil King, has a right for harem members and when you add Arturia's character here then she sees a prime target for her king regardless of when she saw Arturia has feelings for a Heretic God ( shirou) under her, she has that much confidence in Godou's ' charm' as in canon he was apparently charming to females and that when they interact with him it's only a matter of time before a female has feelings for him...
