Well. That opens up tons of new questions, now, doesn't it? Because that bastard is supposed to be, like, one of the primordial forces in the world of ATLA, so... Has he Always existed in both worlds? Has he hitched a ride with Azula? What is his relationship with the Great Other?

Mm. Makes me wonder... If maybe a full-blooded Targaryen (no Fire Nation descent) couldn't draw some value from these breathing techniques and firebending katas. I mean... It obviously resonates with something from Visenya's past, and fire mages in the free city almost certainly rely on their Valyrian blood to perform magic.
I'm not saying they could be full-on firebenders, of course, but there's probably something to be said about transferable skills among these two arts.

Yes, you get it! Syrah being Visenya reborn would make all her previous accomplishments not her own but because "she's Visenya fucking Targaryen, of course she can do it". Not to mention how weird it would be for the woman who basically soloed half the Westeros to be so submissive towards Ursa, who's achievements only amounted to destroying a few castles.
This would make a nice side story tho. Thanks for the chapter.

Eh. Is this canon? Please don't make this canon. I'd rather prefer that Syrah is just your normal girl who made it to the top through her own strength and merit, and not because she's some Jesus reborn.
It would also make zero sense for Syrah to be so subservient to Ursa if she doesn't as Visenya in her past life.
