Thanks, Chrissyfan! I was just looking up some Skye and Jax scenes for inspiration, and they played Whac-A-Mole together lol. I swear I didn't know that when I wrote that Myrtle and Rae scene, so I thought that was funny.
I kind of like Jax and Skye together. She had chemistry with Lorenzo, but she needs a good guy imo.

Great update! I forgot how surly Skye was at times. Glad Rae sort of got through to her at least for the moment. I should have known that when JR said he needed to go to PC to see his dealer and then there was a Zander sighting that it would be Zander who is the dealer. Totally forgot about Zander's drug dealing days when he first hit PC. Well done.

Great chapter. I was wondering if they would get busted by Rae and they did. Skye is certainly inventive. I like the work in of Zander as well.

Well, there is no way Adam Chandler would ever be mistaken for Father of the Year. Can't wait for Skye to see Alan. I'm sure JR is going to get into some trouble while there. Great update.

I like that you are going to have Skye be Alan's daughter. Monica and Alan were quite the pair and they did survive a lot, mostly of their own doing. I think they were soulmates or as close as a soap can have to soulmates. A relationship with Alan could be the balm to Skye fractured emotional state.

Thanks Chrissyfan! I thought I edited my author's note in chapter 1, but it's showing that it didn't change. I decided to make Skye a Q after all thinking I might get more readers that way, since there doesn't seem to be a lot of AMC readers on this site. But Rae won't be lying about her paternity, and Alan and Monica's relationship is safe, I mean Skye might still try to break them up, but I don't plan on doing Alan and Rae. Monica is Alan's soul mate so they will be end game. I also said that I'm waving my magic wand and Port Charles is now in Pennsylvania and only about ten minutes from Llanview and Pine Valley so everyone is closer to each other.
Todd and Blair were very entertaining back then, but very nasty. I'm surprised Starr turned out as good as she did. Teen pregnancy didn't seem to cut it the way they raised her lol. But Blair tried in some ways, then she changed later on. I don't remember the entire character growth so maybe it was believable.

Excellent chapter. Skye was in so much pain. I liked and disliked Todd Manning all at the same time. He had his moments of great care and empathy but he was mostly smug and condescending. Can't wait to see what is next.

Ohh, nice start, Chrissy. I loosely watched both shows during summers when I was a teen, so I know of most of the major characters and would probably remember some of the storylines if my memory was jogged a bit. I loved Myrtle. Skye and Rae as well. With Jax and Alan involved, it is a nice way to bring together all three soaps. This was a very nice start.

I watched this back in the day and it was one of my favorite storylines! You should watch AW when Felicia finds out Lorna is her daughter. Just as awesome as Rae and Skye! You'd love it! Please continue...I'm excited to read it in your words
