It’s why he fights, it’s WHY he’s in this war, to,protect us, he doesn’t care about followers, because he doesn’t view himself as a god, he’s no better then any one of you, because he was once one of you
It is true, he hasn’t been seen fighting with arc forces, this is because at the end of the day, the slayer prefers to fight alone, he will wage this war alone so no one else has to,
And I can promise you, he grieves for your friend, but his grief is what fuels his rage, that was how he mourns

I just gotta say I love your doom fics! I always was interested to see more stuff from the perspective of the average humans in the doom universe, seeing the A.R.C fight the good fight while they still could,

The prayers to the Slayer are so cool. He's a god to normal humans, alright. A god of vengeance, fury, and death, but he doesn't think of himself like that. At least, I don't think so.
And the way you wrote the way he's seen through Noah's eyes is so well done, I can feel the awe Noah does.
