Huh... it's sad to see this story go, at least for now by the looks of it. But it's great to see that you were able to acknowledge why you decided to discontinue it. In the future, I look forward to what you change... if I were to make a suggestion. when it comes to Cross universe crossovers. Post NT10 is always the perfect point as it gives you the reason for how it could happen. It also eliminates the whole magic god issue for you as by the time they'ed find out about Izuku... it'd be too late and they'ed be double nerfed.
That point also would give you a much easier time when you decide wether or not to have him return home.
While it's sad to see it go, I'm glad to hear that you've learned some valuable lessons from this one. I look forward to see how you apply what you learned here to future projects.

I don't see why can't Izuku be strong without using OFA, I mean... That was the purpose of him training to get a better hold on a higher percentage of OFA. Normal strength, not even the peak human physical strength can handle that much power. So I can already imagine how strong a Quirkless Izuku is at this point, especially since he can now handle 45%

Great Chapter! when Izuku was doing the raid at UNDER's base it kinda reminds me (for some of the parts) the stealth missions of Spider-Man (PS4). I also noticed that you have started an Oregairu fanfic and I was like "Ah, I see, so you to are a man of culture as well." XD

Hmmm this chapter is a fairly weak one, It feels like you made the rough draft but forgot to look over it and refine it.
Like this is a raw ore that's yet to go through the refinery.
For one thing Deku got through the building way too easily. It kinda felt deus ex-machina in a way. And Unlike Touma... pretty sure he doesn't literally have the gods trying to guide his growth. (Then again neither did Touma they just partially nudged things so Othi would reclaim hr status as Odin).
The group UNDER feels... too weak too easy to deal with for a darkside organization. Even ones like BLOCK could plan around dealing with people like Deku... Or well what they think Deku is. There is no way they could know he's about on Misaka's level. Sure he's not a walking apocalypse like Accel or Kakine, but he's still around the same level of power as Misaka.
Their Cult mentality while it makes sense in a distorted way (further improved by the fact one of the leaders had a mental ability allowing them to influence other's minds.) But that very mentality makes it so theres no way they'd just let Deku by no matter how confident in their leader they were.
The whole "I was just following orders" excuse was a nice touch. It not only shows the kind of people Deku's dealing with. But also how Naive Deku is for believing them. (It was the excuse Nazi's used during the Nuremberg trials no longer flies in court so easily.)
All in all I see the potential but I feel you could have worked on this chapter a bit more. It feels like it was in a sense undercooked, thats the best comparison I could come up with Sorry.
As for your date and timeline thing... don't take the calander word for word. I'd use the source material, Im not positive but I do know that Index's arc happened in august. July 31st was the night before the Index arc began. The Sister's arc was late August I think followed shortly after by the Angel fall arc.

You know, I just realized something, and Izuku is probably realizing it too. The people here are much less durable. They don’t have the extra few hundred years of evolution and genetic mutations that resulted in almost every single person from Izuku’s world to be much more durable than a normal human, even quirkless Izuku was durable. I mean if you look at Stain and Shigaraki, their speed is all natural yet it seems almost like a quirk.
I enjoyed seeing Izuku beat that group up, I was worried they would get away.
What was the shimmering that Izuku saw that let him see the invisible person? Did Danger Sense start kicking in?
I’m still hoping we see him get an esper power.

This Deku is clearly inexperienced. I wish he could unlock some of his ofa vestiges cause he clearly needs some guidance, someone to talk to and help from someone more intimate to him than his new guardian and acquaintances. His new to this world and his already looking for trouble.
