Well, it's been a pleasure to have had the opportunity to read this story from the beginning (I know it's a re-upload, but first time seeing it for me). The story had a good plot, and it's nice to see the other side.
It's great the madness has ended, but it was sad how it happened. Oscar will always be remembered for the sacrifice he made. If there were no other options, what he did was the right thing though. Diego has a future, Oscar couldn't take that from him. Not after turning sides to help the mammals.
Thank you for taking the time to re-upload the story. I understand the Ice Age fandom is almosr completely dead, but I enjoyed it.

Hello. First, I apologise it's taken until now to review the latest chapter. The other day I had wondered about this story, given it'd been a while since I had seen the last update. Upon checking, I realised I had forgotten to read amd review the latest chapter, so here it is:
I do remember what the story's about, even though it's been months since I read the last chapters. It's a memorable plot. What I can say is Oscar has made the right move by volunteering himself as the sacrifice. Like he said, if Shira was to be the sacrifice, that would break Diego. It won't be easy for Oscar, nor for Diego to see his old pack mate do such a thing, but it's the right thing to do.
Can't wait to see what happens next, and this time, I'll make sure to read and review the 10th chapter when it's fresh.

I see there were some lines from the 4th movie. Very clever use. That was a cute moment between Diego and Shira for the first part but now we're getting back to the nitty gritty stuff.

Well that chapter had many things going on. I liked it. Though I'm sure whether Soto, Zeke and Lenny survived. Was not expecting Oscar to turn and help the mammals escape.
I'm starting to sense that all the characters are slowly coming together.
