Never occurred to me how Hollow psychology works. I would've thought Harribel would've taken over as Hollow Queen and just had Ichigo as her direct subordinate, since the Arrancar would've trusted her more than a Soul Reaper. However, your dialogue between her and Ichigo convinced me otherwise. Well done.
Though, however many times you read this over before posting, I think one more is necessary. There are more than a few missing words and typos throughout the chapter, like when you mistakenly spelled "Apacci" as "Apache". I honestly thought there was another Espada I had forgotten about and went to look them up.
And be patient with the proof-reading. I find waiting a day before reading a chapter over again helps dim my post-finish excitement and lets me catch the little errors that I missed.

I'm always down for a "Soul Society is a bunch of bastards" premise, but there is one consistent mistake with your grammar.
Now, I don't know if it's a slip or just how you were taught (another user said as much; the American education system is getting worse every year, it seems), but when you link a phrase like "she said" or "she sighed" to dialogue, it's not a new sentence.
For example, '"La Gota." She Whispered," is not correct as you intend it. This implies she said "La Gota" and then whispered something else. While that can be the case, I don't think that's what you want here. To link them together, and use proper grammar, gives us this:
"La Gota," she whispered.
Yes, I know it's fanfiction, and yes, I know I'm being a Grammar Nazi, but that doesn't mean I should allow my standards of critique to slip, nor allow a fellow writer to commit an error without pointing it out. The standard we hold ourselves to is the standard that comes through in our writing.

This is looking to be a great fic on par with another I read years ago! Can totally see Soul Society doing this to Ichigo due to his powers and willingness to do the right thing, Gotei 13 takes the whole 'no good deed goes unpunished' mantra to the extreme. Still with Harribel about to step in, things are going to get interesting indeed. Keep it up hoibastos. 10/10.
