I would start with Norman being nervous to see the human world and to see his siblings, while he is in the bus, in the meantime Norman talk to Eraserhead and Hawks about everything.
Then next Isabella thinking about the children and everything else what is going to, happen to her and the best of her sisters well she's been interrogated by Tsukauchi.
I your own time to think about everything.

Normally when people stop making a fanfic I’m really mad, unless they do it because they physically or emotionally cannot continue, then when they stop I feel a surge of pride that they are taking care of themselves rather than entertaining others. You can take all the time you need to get better and if anyone says otherwise, fuck them.

I'm honestly not too mad. In the end, you updated the story, and that makes me happy. :) I really enjoyed reading the group's reunion; it was so cute and sweet! I like how the kids are all doing their best with what they have. They really are strong little kids!
Now for the questions:
1. I don't think the chapter was too short. Sure it's not extremely long, and I do usually like longer chapters in general, but the chapter felt complete, which is what matters, so I don't mind.
2. I think I would really like to see Norman's point of view next chapter. He's probably eager to see his family, and if that chapter happens to be the reunion chapter or the setup of the reunion chapter, I can already see the tears.
3. I think you did alright in this chapter. If I have to think of one thing, maybe go a little more in-depth when the heroes are watching the kids? I mean, they aren't as familiar with them, so they would probably be trying to observe things like hobbies, habits, and such so they can make the kids more comfortable? It might be a bit of a stretch. I honestly liked this chapter, but maybe keep this in mind for later chapters if you're going to include BNHA POVs?
4. I think you portrayed them well. They're young, but they're tough! No normal kids would likely be able to stay so strong after finding out they're the equivalent of demon cattle, but these aren't normal kids, right? I like the interaction seen between Violet, Emma, Phil, and Ray. It really solidified the fact these guys were close.
Sometimes with OC fics it's kind of hard to see a bond or the bond is explicitly stated to us instead of shown. I like that you didn't do that here. It's clear the group missed and cares for each other deeply, but you weren't just like, "They are my best friends! [Insert entire backstory in one giant paragraph] I missed them so much!"
Writer's block is a pain (I speak from experience), but I know you can overcome it! You can do it! :D Stay safe and healthy!
