I have my own question for you, will the demons declare war on the heroes? And is Peter ratari in this as the big bad?

I personally think Violet should tell Emma and Rey about Norman first, let them breakdown a bit and then get use to the idea and then have their help to tell the rest of the Gracefield siblings before they reunite with him.
Also I think Emma and the rest should be told that Violet and Phill are coming because Emma should be her bubbly self for that happy reunion.
You didn't ask this question but I'll answer it anyways. "How should the reunion between Norman and his siblings go?" I think Emma has the capacity to be more perceptive then her airheaded self (she is the highest scorer with Norman and Rey after all) so she should realize that they don't know what Norman's been through thus she should tell everyone to be calm and not crowd him when reuniting with him with Rey agreeing and piping up that it's possible being crowded could provoke a panic attack. That said Emma should make the first move and give her brother a hug (because he probablly needs one)
that last question I posed and answered because I'm annoyed that the "Boku no Hero Academia" verse seems to have a distinct lack of therapists and other mental health help for tramatized heros ( see Aizawa witnessing his friend/classmate [almost] dying and years later is clearly suffering from both untreated survivor's guilt and untreated PTSD, Deku suffering from years of bullying and outright discrimination, making him feel the need to be self sacrificing, and Bakugo suffering from parental abuse (there's even a video on youtube about that one called "The psycology of Katsuki Bakugo). Like good grief Horokoshi
