Hermione would find it interesting until she found out it's something you're born with. Then she'd just get more and more jealous as Harry got better at magic and magic came easier to him. She'd begin to view it as somehow cheating. She would not be pleased with Harry studying magic beyond which she deemed appropriate either. She made that very clear in canon.
What Mage should really mean is that the person is more in touch with their magic, more attuned to their magic. It would make it easier for Harry to call upon his magic and thus, better and stronger. He'd still have to actually learn the magic, but he'd be far more adept than others.

To not use some of the funds he took from his Trust vault to secure some essential items such as clothing, a secure trunk, and non-perishing food items or storage facility seems tremendously shortsighted and wasteful to the extreme. I didn't hear anything in the description of his abilities that should have caused such an extreme funk; and I would have never chosen Harry as the prime example of a kid "frolicking" around a shopping center blowing money "left, right and center".

Do not make this a fic where Harry reveals all his gifts and plans to people. Especially to Hermione, that bint has no right or reason to know. Friend or not.

He had, however, considered telling Ron and Hermione about it. He was sure the latter would have found it incredibly interesting. Seriously an ability which can make others consider killing Harry and your Harry is thinking of sharing with ron and Hermione. We have seen what happened when Harry made better potion than granger in his 6th year, how jealous she got. Is your Harry idiot? How naive of him? It was supposed to be an ff about Harry who is definitely not the canon Harry. No matter how much you trust your friends with you just don't share such things that can get you killed if anyone found them. What gurantee is that his friends will not share it with others. How is ron is moron and not Hermione when Hermione also did not send any letter to him. But ofcourse she is Hermione granger so you have to find excuses to hide her faults. Highly disappointing writing. One of the reasons why I didn't like your last ff the forced friendship of Harry and Hermione and here you are repeating the same mistake. I will give it a go for the next few chapter but if your Harry continue to act like a moron ignoring granger's fault and trusting her so much that he would tell her of his abilities then I will no longer continue with this ff. I don't like protagonist who are born idiots, trusting others easily.

This Harry is more grounded than the others, those guys always have a harry with a fuck-ton of abilities, houses, money, power.

First off... why the heck is he going back to Privet Drive?
Second, amidst all the Gringotts spam, why is he not doing anything to directly make his life better? He has a buncha titles and abilities... big whoop.
