Too be honest feel like shinso should also be in trouble and not in u.a. since he was in a gang and all if it wasn't for izuku he might have been a criminal or at least broke some laws. i disagree with the fight since without izuku they wouldn't have ran up to help more especially since they didn't know is time limit and all but it is whatever.

Technically i can see him defending against quirk discrimination but at the same time shinso should also get into trouble for using it on other people without there permission. that is just an opinion though and not one that matters much lol.
