Oh man, I had been brainstorming on how to have the demigods in Westeros, and then you go and do a beautiful introduction! You know, for stuff like the Hunters killing the Mountain-That-Rapes. Or Percy leading his cyclopsi half-siblings against the Iron Born...underwater.
Only thing I would have done differently, would be Sally in charge, because all the demigods with parent issues would gravitate to an actually supportive and effective parent figure :-P
Sooooo much potential here! I mean, never mind how Frank is a tactical and strategic genius whose troops are disciplined soldiers compared to conscripts most armies rely upon, he can turn into a DRAGON on a continent where people are terrified of them! Or Festus!
Or Hazel pulling up precious metals, and attending important court functions as a representative clad in incredibly rich gold and jewels...that she can kill any of the other attendees with easily.
Leo's metal working will win over any suspicious lords, just to get their hands on some of the good.
Meg making sure that there are lots of beautiful crops, and slaughtering whoever threatens them.
Is Annabeth's dad there?
Having Lupa, an actual god, at their sides is certainly an escalation. With Chiron though, their education system is all set.
Will and a proper hospital will make them invaluable alone!
Great how you did Sally by the way, and great adaptation of the gods to Westeros. Cool outfit and gear for Percy as well, and good getting around the Celestial Bronze issue.

a very interesting story looking forward to the next chapter.
I hope that Percy and company arrive months after Robert's rebellion started, I think one way to win the favor of the kingdom as a whole would be for them to interfere in the events that happen at the end of the rebellion.
Stannis-x-Thalia (I think at that point in the story she would be about the same age between 15 and 18 years old). It would be Thalia leading the hunters and some troops to help Stannis with food while he is still resisting the siege to win his favor.
Another point would be Elie makes a desperate prayer to any god who heard her for help and those pleas reach Hestia who asks Percy to start a rescue mission in King's Landing where Annabeth and Clarisse would demonstrate their abilities as daughters of the gods of the wisdom (Athena) and war (Ares) respectively come to negotiations with the rebel side.
Clarisse-x-Benjen to form ties between the legacy of the gods and the inhabitants of the North.
I hope to see Percy cleaning up the Iron Islands.
I hope that in your story the demigods have descendants please, there are very few fics where you can see them with children.
