Nice chapter.
It's good to see Shirou going on his own adventure.
Him going about filling his arsenal from square one is a very appealing process to watch... erm read.
Someone mentioned Shirou high affinity with "Little Sister characters", but they forgot Koneko! Who I'm sure would keep staying in his house, with the argument of watching over food... erm yes Rias and Shirou best interests.
Tokiomi stacking the deck in his family's favor was too funny. I reminded me of that one meme/theory from Naruto called "Hiashi's Master plan" where they picked some random things in the plot as something linked to his plan for godly grandchildren.
Let's just hope for Tokiomi's mental sake that his games don't go TOO well, or securing his family legacy would not be that hard with the extra help if both daughters decide to go along with his plans.

I would disagree that Shirou wouldn't be able to find some NPs in Museums. Of the five Tenka Goken [Five Greatest Swords Under Heaven] 2 of them are on display in the Tokyo National Museum. One being Dojigiri The sword Minamoto no Raikou used to kills Shuten-Douji. The other being Mikazuki a swords said to be blessed by the god Inari. The other three are owned by various groups such as the Imperial family, the Honko-ji buddist temple, and the Maeda Ikutokukai, depending on how engrossed they are with the affairs of the supernatural and how much Shirou's reputation grow he might be able to get access to them. Now Shirou being able to own them is severely unlikely due to many of these being classified as National Treasures or Item of great cultural importance and probably under the protection of the Shinto faction, but as his tracing comes along he could add these to UBW after seing them.

Rho Aias is not just a conceptual thing though, thats a REAL a shield
im guessing the conceptual NP is less mana intensive then a normal one because the idea is just refined down to the base elements with no fat as he wont need to carry a physical shield or it has draw backs which explains why they get damaged from a petal breaking
could also just be a combination of the 2

Well Shirou has some good taste in games, but I am a bit biased because it was my first game in the series as well.
Well that sword is something, still it leaves some rather large holes for Kiritsugu to exploit, with foreshadowing for that and all, for example does he kill as last resort? Well if killing is the only resort then it's the last one by default (first one as well, but that's not the question). Kind of joking and kind of not.
But despite Kiritsugu being an unredeemable monster in my opinion he still is family to Shirou and the kind of things he pulls goes in the moonlit world, and as I doubt Kiritsugu will stop going around murdering and I equally doubt Shirou would ever hate him enough to cut his ties, I guess what is left is to agree to disagree.

For the Archer/Shirou's arsenal theories: I'm no expert in the nasu lore and mechanics, but couldn't the fact he is an incarnation of the concept of sword be a part if it? I mean, couldn't he subconsciously gain some of his blades, swords specificaly, as a sort of weird dream sequence? If I recall corectly one of the Fate/SN route of Shirou have him say he was made of swords or something? Then again I could be completely wrong, as I said I'm no expert in the lore and mechanics of all this.

Question, would Alaya be able to control such people like Hero Faction if their own members is indirectly or directly a threat to the planet? Would be funny to imagine Cao Cao’s face if his own members attacked him cause he tried to bring Great Red to the planet.
Please tell me that Irisviel put Kiritsugu in the dog house literally for the stunt he pulled on Shirou as it fit her unique personality and DXD’s comedy when it isn’t always about breasts.
I don’t think EMIYA is Fate Shirou but a version of one of the 3 routes that isn’t exactly Fate or UBW or HF…. Maybe the fabled Ilya Route.
I wonder if the one Shirou is looking for is Zouken but there is a chance that he is dead and possible that the Grail possesses a person or created a form that is human but no way that it is Gilgamesh as his ego would be way too much for dear Avenger to possess, Arthuria is a possibility as normally there is no way she could be corrupted as long she has Avalon but since Shirou have Avalon…

And Shirou starts a new adventure on a personal detective quest. With Liz and Rin along to make sure he doesn't go nuts. Should be a wild ride. And is he making a sword to make sure Rias isn't lying to him, or is that for his talk with his Dad?
Regarding Archer's origin, Alaya might have had him take a tour of the Throne of Heroes to get the NPs. Well within its influence, and all of them would be there.
Until next time.

Sorry, but you’re in the wrong in regards to how Emiya Shirou becomes Counter Guardian EMIYA. It’s been specifically stated that Fate is the route closest to how EMIYA’s Grail War went down. The most obvious differences being:
1: The Archer of that War wasn’t EMIYA.
2: EMIYA failed to “save” Saber in his Grail War. She wasn’t able to finally move on like Saber was in Fate. They likely had feelings for each other but never went as far.
This is Word of God and canon. Your arguments make sense, to a degree, but are inevitably irrelevant.
UBW Shirou *might* still become EMIYA, but it’s not a certain thing whatsoever. It’s noted to just be a small possibility.
Honestly, there are a number of interviews and Q&As that cover these things, I’d recommend taking a look sometime - they’re interesting.
A number of your points and arguments seem to be either be based on fanon (a real problem with this fandom in general - common fanfiction tropes somehow spread like the plague) or are based on misunderstandings/a lack of knowledge of canon. It’s all there for you to read, you just need to go out and do it. For example: Gilgamesh not possessing Excalibur or God Hand has basically nothing to do with your reasons given.
This whole debate aside, I do really enjoy this story. And I’m not taking Fate canon seriously while reading it. You’re trying to build a complex crossover world, and you’ll have to take liberal creative freedoms to do so.

Oh shit, Illya is probably involved with the Chaos Brigade, if her boss is Cao Cao, and they are working on a heaven's feel ritual. There's no way anything can go wrong, right guys?... right guys...?
