So even though Elizabeth has seemingly killed Marsh does she suspect that he is not dead and is somehow faking it i only ask because of Elizabeth asking is he going to be a problem, for a second there i thought that is what is happening and i think it is possible to fake death by controlling breathing, that's how i saw an undercover FBI agent on the tv show FBI beat a lie detector test.

Also when the gunfire started after Elizabeth had surrendered to Marsh's associates i expected that Abdul would have come out of hiding and picked up the gun and shot them.
