So far I like how this is going. Ino is much too much like Cersei tho I’m not sure what you’re going to do with that. I really hope Sakura wouldn’t have to go through what Sansa did but technically I also see Hinata and Karin going through what Sansa did. Anyways looking forward to more also is Sasuke Tyrion? I did hope Fugaku has some amount of love for Sasuke unlike Tywin. Also Madara seems more like the mad King than jugo did. Also what ino did to jugo also is obito jeoffrey?

This is so interesting. Tbh every Game of Thrones inspired fic Ive read had been very subpar and forgettable till now. One of the reasons for that was that they were too similar to GOT. If one wants to read that story, better read the books. From the looks of it, you are disentangling yourself from the source material quite nicely.
There are a few things I want to comment on:
Im loving Sakura and Ino’s relationship. Their friendship was one of my favourites bonds in the manga, losing only to team 7. I’m feeling a certain unease in regards to their future and I hope (no matter how sad that is) that its Inos death that will be serve as Sakuras catalyst instead of pitting them against each other.
The moment Ino gives Sakura her dragon, showing her sister’s safety to be the most important thing (second to the throne maybe?) was very touching.
They remind me a bit of Cesare and Lucrezia from the Borgias... without the inscest.
The only thing that is a bit off to me is the fact they feel quite different in age when they are actually twins... Im not referring to their personalities or temperaments so much but to their dynamic.
Im looking forward to read about the Uchihas. How you will portray them... About the inscest question, Id normally say I prefer without, but if you are going for something similar to the dynamic of Cersei and Jamie, their relationship wouldnt be the same without that, Id say that’s actually central to it. But maybe you have come up with other and better ideas...

This story has a lot of potential. If it's used in an appropriate way then it will be an epic story. I hope you incorporate what made GOT so popular. Power struggle and politics.
If I may, Naruto does not belong is house Tyrell nor do the uzumakis. They are way too hot blooded to deploy the coldness and mind games of the Tyrells.
Ino on the other hand does. Ino would be the perfect candidate for Margery Tyrell 'cause she cunning and can manipulate anyone of anything to reach the means to an end. That is what house Tyrell is all about. The were the richest kindom not through warring but through their wit and clever marrige contracts.
Plus she fits the bill of Tyrells. Flowers and gold. A face carved by the angels hiding the devil's brain. She fits the bill through.
Plus that way she can play a bigger role in the story. Tbh I don't really see Ino working under Sakura. I love their friendship but pitting them against each other would be pretty epic and they can come together as friends in the end. More power to them that way.
Naruto on the other hand is a stark. He is a strak through and through. No questions there.
If it's going to be a sakusaku then you can add naruino. Ino like Margery can be set to marry someone from house Uchiha in order to get to the throne and I'm rambling again.
