(Team Rocket comes in their balloon)
Jessie: ASH!
Ash: Team Rocket?
James: No time to explain! Hop in!
Ash: Why?
Jessie: Something's going on with our Pokémon!
(Ash jumps into the basket of Team Rocket's balloon)
James: It's going on throughout ALL of the regions!
Ash: ALL of them?
Jessie: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea; even the Orange Islands have been affected.
Ash: Did you inform Team Rocket 2 about what's going on?
Butch: Yes. They came to us as soon as OUR Pokémon started battling to the death.
Cassidy: My Raticate was killed by a Houndoom.
Butch: Meowzie was killed by a Mightyena.
James: All of my Pokémon were killed by a pack of Honchkrow; they used Peck on them like no mercy.

Misty: ALL OF MY WATER-TYPE POKÉMON ARE DEAD!

Brock: ALL OF THE POKÉMON I'VE KNOWN ARE DEAD!

Lt. Surge: ALL OF MY ELECTRIC-TYPE POKÉMON ARE DEAD!
(Lt. Surge stands up, walks outside, and looks at his Gym's emblem)
Lt. Surge: A moment of silence for the death of my beloved Raichu.

Erika: It's a good thing that I managed to escape the Gym before the combined smell of blood and Grass-type Pokémon attacks overcame it; I had to run out the back door.

Koga: MY GYM IS DESTROYED! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO HAND OUT THE SOUL BADGE NOW!

Sabrina: My telekinesis could not rebuild the Gym. There was just too much damage.

Nurse Joy: Let me get this straight: your Pokémon fought to the death, one of them gave third-degree burns on your legs, and you witnessed them DIE in a combined pool of blood and fire?
Blaine: That's right, Joy.
Officer Jenny: It's a good thing I had to drag you out of the Gym through the back door.
AFTERMATH:
The Pokémon in all regions and the Orange Islands battled to the death for days. A boy from Frodomar City named Ritchie and his friend Casey fled to the Orre region, only for Casey to find out that all of the Pokémon in that region were also fighting to the death. With that, they fled to the Almia region to become Pokémon Rangers.
In the real world, Pokémon fans noticed something strange: Pokémon Horizons The Series was mysteriously removed from Netflix, resulting in subscriptions getting glitched. Pokémon game save files, from games past and present, became corrupted; even the spin-off games were affected.
At the 2024 Pokémon World Championships in Honolulu, the announcer sent everyone home because the event was permanently cancelled; Pokémon Go became so glitched-out, that it was removed from all app stores.
Both the Pokémon world and the real world were never the same.
