I'm a little bummed that you have Izuku look like a miniature cell. After all he is something that the doctor made in a lab but a child whose body he modified. If anything it sounds like Izuku should be a better version of 17 and 28 in that he can grow beyond there limits. Also it seems really dumb that the heroes don't find Izuku's pod and then him. Plus how many years has it been since Izuku's been missing? The way you describe, it could be one year or the five years that have passed in canon. Also I can't imagine that Inko has fully gotten over Izuku being gone.

My question is how is Deku-Cell going to evolve into his Perfect Form without Androids 17 and 18. Unless Gero adjusted things so that Deku-Cell will eventually evolve naturally like a Pokemon without the need for Deku-Cell to absorb people.
Either that or Deku-Cell is going to be stuck as Imperfect Deku-Cell permanently. Which I would not mind at all. Seriously Imperfect Cell looks so much cooler than Perfect Cell.
