Nice fic and I especially liked your end note. Your point on the inconsistencies with Dumbledore and others being due to the first three were children's book is spot on. This is the first time I've seen a writer address that head on versus spinning convoluted theories about evil Dumbledore and such. Sure, the theories can be fun but some people take it way to serious when the real answer is as you said.

I rather liked your AU and how Lily & James got rid of Voldemort's physical form however, there are still his diary, diadem, cup, locket and ring horcruxes out there, anchoring his spirit to the physical realm.
