I'm so glad I stumbled across this fic. I'm really enjoying how you've (A) not made Harry pretend to be dumb and (B) decided to completely disregard canon and create this parallel but utterly different universe. I'm looking forward to Harry finding out why/how Fleur travelled there. Is she even the Fleur from Harry's original universe?

So it is Fleur. And the story about Weasley death is the motive. Fleur lost everyone, her husband, child so she is killing of future DE and those who had a hand in her family death. It fits, can't wait for the next chapter.

It seems to me that the plot twist is going to be that Fleur is a time traveler unlike Harry who traveled between dimensions, knowing that the world is finished if he does not intervene may be what motivates him to do something.

Your MC might as well be a narrator and not an actual character in the fic at this point... Honestly his passive approach gave me hope for an unique fic of Harry, the guy who lived in cupboard, actually exploring the WORLD OF MAGIC he just entered. Instead we have a random OC assassin going around offing people while MC has dialogue in his mind between eating and sleeping...
