A harem is a relationship of multiple people focused around one person, so what you said you are going to write. Sometimes harem members have sex with each other or have casual relationships, but they all are devoted to one person.
3 or more people that all love each other romantically is just a polyamorous relationship. It doesn't matter the sexes of each member; could be all women, mostly women, or no women. All the members love each other equally, the focus is not on any one person.
The former is mostly a childish obsession or a historical fact of some patriarchal societies. The latter could, at least theoretically, produce a healthy and loving relationship. Though, considering most people are fairly possesive, I would say it's not something I would ever expect to become common regardless of society's view of it. I know it's certainly not something I could do, I would absolutely get jealous and play favorites.
