I also thought Iruma's distrust of the demons/Rimuru to be interesting. While his friends don't have anything to hide, Rimuru kind of does. He's not always nice and has hurt/killed a lot of people which Henri does know about. There was also the incident with Opera and some other times Iruma pointed out the "scary" version or Rimuru. If some stuff comes to light without the proper context, I can't see Sullivan or Opera really being surprised, but it could have a heavy impact on Iruma given he was just betrayed once pretty bad.
