I am speechless.
I feel like I'm burning in both anger and grief and I never expected something like this when I noticed it was going to be angst-ridden.
How could I have?
This is so unbearably beautiful and I can see it happening, in another world, in another time. There are so many faults I can detect in Hermione and Draco, and so many things I would change so that I could feel the sweet, relieving feeling of reading a perfect story with a perfect ending. But I know that this story, filled with angst as it is, would not be as painful and exhilarating as it is if those aspects were changed.
Because this is Hermione, and this is Draco.
This is what they have always done, are always doing, and always will do.
In this story, this is them.

I’m gonna need a sequel where Hermione starts standing up for herself, because even though this was amazing writing I couldn’t help but be frustrated towards the end. I was left unsatisfied and I couldn’t fully appreciate the writing because of this.
