I like your story and love the idea behind it! The only remark i would give is that there are almost no direct conversations or interactions in your story it's more like your Mc is giving a summary of the world instead of living it. But for the rest it's really fun to read!

I hope Rhaegar decides to bring ned to his side as ward of the crown and perhaps Lyssa as queen Rhaella's maid of honor; thus he is undoing the alliances of some houses; while Rhaegar begins to woo Elie (she could join Rhaegar in her plans or he could kill her after Rhaenys is born).
Another point I want to know is that if we will see more Rhaegar brothers alive in your story?
