Well, you have to remember devils are extremely prideful beings, for combat they'll mostly only focus on their bloodline ability, I mean Rias just spammed power of destruction even when she knew that wouldn't work on riser, if she won using any other magic, it would be like saying her POD wasn't good enough.

now I just sit here and wait till rips people Off with his Broker essence , boosted gear should be extremly easy to steal with that If you time it right , you could scam people Out of there energy reserves , steal their knowlege of magic or Clan traits like phenex regenaration (which would be fucking useful )
