Damn, Author in this single chapter, you turned the story around and made this awesome, keep pulling tricks like these. I truly have no words, tbh I thought this story will be another DxD fic where everything and by everything I mean "everything" goes according to the MC's plan and nothing will be out of his control. But again damn you outdid every chapter you have written in this story prior with this one. Keep up man, and please don't do any power of friendship bs(kidding, but am I? please don't). However there is a typo which got through you, in "I don't know Gretel... I really don't know. I will be safe. You take of Gretel till I return", you probably meant Vienna instead of Gretel in the second sentence. And again this if the best chapter(my view), cause of the surprise element of Razevan, not being a fool.

Oh that was an awesome twist. I love the way you are handling this. It's better that he doesn't become overpowered Gary Stu. Also I just thought about it, but will Issei also be gender-bent? Just curious.

Great chapter, loved the twist! A suggestion if i may, don't go creating twists to increase some tension. You are not there yet but if you go too deep into backtracking/retconning for the sake of tension you can and will ruin the story. Those kind of things best with moderation. Otherwise they would take more from to story than they give.
Like i said you are not there yet but i saw too many stories getting ruined by the author who try to replicate one thing they did positive and try to create or stretch similar things again and again.
And this one was definitely good just don't go too deep trying to create similar situations.
