WOW! First 'All the Time...', and now this, you've got an incredible imagination and fantastic writing style. The storytelling is thick with details but it flows so smoothly that it doesn't feel bogged down. Wonderful!

I agree. Of course I know people who do it the other way around, too. So that the employee doesn't "take over" the business.
