Great story just read chapter from begining to this chapter in one sitting was completely engrossed, almost upset I have to wait for more chapters now. Also already got some theories on who the other arcana are gonna connect to, think 1 is kinda obvious but I'll wait and seem keep up the good work.

Well that was interesting and also I can now imagine All For One pointing it out as in "That right there shows why I could never take that quirk". The simple fact that live in front of an audience it showed that the forms could takeover the body even if he didn't activate the transformation. All For One would basically have to be on guard with that quirk at all times. Unlike what he implied of the resistance he gets from using the stolen quirks this one itself brings out sentient individuals who have the power to influence and even takeover for the wielder. The last thing he'd ever allow is someone else to take control of things. Even his plans for Tomura basically involved him taking over the body himself once it achieved his goal. As said there would be no telling who all would be a part of his own transformations whether it's someone worse than him, more ambitious, or even a heroic figure. The influence they could force on him as consequence of using the power as well as the potential for them to takeover his body just isn't a price he'd be willing to accept for that power. The most he might consider doing is stealing it and immediately putting it into something else. However as seen just now since it can takeover the person even if they aren't actively in control. Well it could potentially cause issues in that period of time between him taking it and trying to transfer it to someone else. Overall it's just a case of it being a rather interesting and powerful quirk but it's better off just getting rid of it than deal with the risks. There's also another factor to consider as well would the quirk also be able to resist him trying to take it.
