You story is absolutely awesome so far. I really like what you are doing with your Harry here. And the Harry/Fleur pairing later on was a huge part of why I started reading it (well that and the rest of the summary). Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.

Is "protecting" multiple bad guys' dirty secrets.
Like dose of crack added for purpose of more empowering bad guys actions and influence.
Poor Ginny's role gets exposed to SEVERAL more persons here than in canon.
Why not expose the shit out of Lucius, proven or not, him responsible being outed is just such a weird 3rd rail, SO AVOIDED in fanfiction like canon Xerox.
Bonus: Include Narcissa there, gets her instant fury at hubby Lucy, putting dumb Draco at risk, despite the moron boy thinking purebloods not at risk of CoS monster unleashed( 1000 year old semi insane basilisk beast, starving hunger
but picky about it's 'food')
(Under mansion prior, just got upgraded to less vague canon of under drawing room floor).
Lucy can relocate his stash location. Seems an Ace card given up by Harry that could have been useful to play later, AND better.
If you want to not use seeming too 'cloney' for a canon Dobby freed gag.
How about no rule has to be Lucius, tricking Draco could be good. (Eg. Simulate nasty messy prank of Draco, Dobby literally appears, pretending summoned by Draco in need, to help with cleanup, in chaos, similar to silly canon Draco frees Dobby by accident...)

Harry reluctantly agreed, but only under the promise to be allowed to go to Diagon Alley for a couple of hours a day.
If only a week. Why not leave after a week?
Negotiating going to Diagon daily seems unnecessary. Why bother to barter, this Harry just do it without "permission".
Daily seemed but often, until later brief Ollivander job.
