Sadly, in terms of women's rights, I think our country is turning into Forks! Blech!
As for Tanya, I realize this is a difficult time for her, but she really needs to stop living by antiquated standards! No thanks to Renee, I'm sure.

Ugh! Renee and Tanya are such self-absorbed shrews! Maybe Renee will mellow out a bit around the Cullens. She doesn't even acknowledge Bella’s contribution to the wedding!

Saw the sequel sneak peek on TLS and thought I'd read this first. I'm intrigued!
I guess Bella initially didn't want to bring Edward because she knew how crazy her family is. But at least she's not faking it. They are mostly assholes, aren't they. Not all, but most. Well, mostly Tanya and Renee, but still...Not too much warm and fuzzy going on at the Swan house.
