Tri-Wizard Tournament at Durmstrang, then? This is unique of all fics I have read. Typically, I prefer Hogwarts-centric stories, as I think J.K. Rowling's works fundamentally revolve around that school (which is part of why the Deathly Hallows movies are my least favorite favorite, why I never watched Fantastic Beasts, but why I play Hogwarts Mystery).
But I trust your skills as a writer in this regard more than I would trust Rowling's.

Really like the conflict Harry's having. You know, I'm not even completely sure if the Diary is regenerating with Emily' soul fragments still inside, or if this is Harry just imagining it as he wrestles with his view of Lady Voldemort. But very wonderful stuff.

I’m quite interested to see what Lady Voldemort’s reunion with Lucius will look like.
Also interesting that Lady Voldemort hid a horcrux in the Chamber of Secrets — that would, after all, have been the absolute safest place, where idiots like Goyle can’t set it on fire.
All in all, really enjoying how 3rd year is shaping out.
