I'm usually not into military stories and don't read them. I'm really glad that I wasn't aware what I'm getting into with this story at first or otherwise I might have skipped it. Garrett grew as a man. He got a good ending.
I don't know if cheated on Bella but we cant fault him for falling in love with someone else.
He just needed to get his ass into gear and be a good father which he did..
As for Edward, I will never see anyone in the American military as a hero. But he is a good man. Shame about his job.
I am glad Bella got her happy ending with a real man.
