Ahhhhhh... tale as old as time, hahaha.
I feel like if this were to happen to them right now, they could totally handle it.
That said... we tend to get in our own ways when faced with stressful situations. So, IF she is my first thoughts are...
1.) How long will B try to hide it from him?
2.) How badly will he react to this... or will it be vice versa? Will SHE react badly.
3.) How quickly will Chelsea find out, and what toxic place will she take and use that information? (For the record, I don't find Chelsea toxic, bit, they ARE divorced and she didn't want to be, so that situation lends itself to a kind of easy toxicity.)

Okay, I skipped another chapter, and I'll go back to review, but damn E! That punch was awesome. And called for. Good on that Liam dude for being a stand up guy about it.
Now...
If I ever did my hubs dirty enough for him to leave me, I'd be EXACTLY like Chelsea. I honestly feel a little bad for her in this fic, because other than being a big fat cheater, I don't feel like she's a bad person, or even really a "true" cheater. I mean, yeah, she fucking lied and cheated and all of that, but it seems like she wasn't necessarily out LOOKING for it and just connected to someone during a rough time and she's a bad communicator.
Anyway, thems my thoughts. Reading on!

Okay, so she's already upset about her fears and feeling out of sorts and drunk to boot, so I get her wanting him gone after him slipping and calling her "Chels"... BUT, that said, it's not rational... well, what I mean is, he didn't say it in the throes. THAT would have been a serious problem. They were arguing. Something he's used to doing with Chelsea, but not with Bella. I would NOT hold it against him in this situation. I hope she also reaches this conclusion when they talk tomorrow.
On a side note... my sister-in-law DID call out her ex-BF's name in the throes with her now EX-husband. Lol. We all knew she settled for that guy and the marriage didn't last long at all. He. Was. PISSED. I don't think he ever forgave her for that.
On another semi-off-topic note... I don't really get the whole calling out someone's name during sex thing. I've never been one to do this, or even feel the urge to (nor is my hubs), and the one guy I was ever with who did say my name during sex... idk... it just sounded weird to me and made me a little uncomfortable if I'm honest. Shrugs.

Bella is so freaking mature. That was a lot to process, and I think she'd have been good with it if not for Leah's bullshit. Even still, she realized her limit, and made a swift and quiet exit to thwart drama. So level-headed.

#1. UGH. I said alterior instead of ulterior in my last review. EmBARRASSING!
#2. I'm still withholding forgiveness for Paul and his antics, but I'm feeling less inclined to just write him off as a punk now that Bella's put her perspective in the mix. He definitely could just be suffering with FOMO and need to get out of his babe-hopping ways and settle down.
#3. Holy shit. At first I thought... "Chelsea! Girl! You are pushing this line and it's gonna break and snap your dumbass right in the face! I mean... it still is... there's no way she's getting out of this whopper when it comes out (and it will). But then her whole interaction with B was just... so sweet... and so sad. She hasn't done anything to really warrant my dislike yet ('cept for cheating on our male God, of course), and I thought this scene was gonna make me HATE her, but now I'm thinking, shit... I think she and Bella could be real friends... which, in reality would be the necessary course of action if they're eventually gonna need to kinda co-parent her kid, right?
I don't really blame Chelsea for this move. E is so clearly NOT gonna give up a single detail until he's good and ready and damn... I'm sure the suspense is just eating at her every day. Total insecure female move, but without the vindictive nature those usually carry. I really felt for her here.
How she looked at herself in the mirror... her comment about not deserving happiness. I actually want her to be happy. I want her to make a move on play-date bro and get some action... feel good about herself.
I can also relate to her guilt. I've done some shitty things to my man in the past (and vice versa). There's nothing worse than feeling like you're a piece of shit that doesn't deserve good things. She doesn't come across like a bad person, just a good person that made a bad decision.
I'm feeling this vibe and I think I'm on to your arc. Excited to see how you roll things out!

Paul's a punk who needs to let go. It ain't gonna happen bro.. and you're just coming across like a creeper being B's "roomie/bestie" with possible alterior motives.
Maybe I'm being too unforgiving. I'm kinda basing my judgements off of E's reactions to him. I trust E's initial judgements here.
And oooooooooh-doggy! Some jealousy up in heeah! I don't like jealous men, not REALLY. But some well placed jealousy can be seriously steamy when played right (and apologized for immediately after, lol).
It's especially good for realization catalysts. Give our man a nice face wallop of "YOU LIKE HER, LIKE HER MAN!"
