Oh boy! Can't wait for the next one!
I can't decide who I'll root for for pairing. NaruSaku is a classic. Kurotsuchi was too cute in the exams though.

Given that it is EMS Madara, I think just Pain and Konan together are enough to beat him.

Orochimaru as a villain was scary. I don't even want to imagine how nasty he would have been if he did not ally with the Shinobi in the War.
In Boruto, I wish he would show off again as a genius. Konoha's ace in the hole against the Otsutsuki. I mean, his current body is a Zetsu. He has Wood Release. That may also be the key to him unlocking Sage Mode, which we now know to be the Otsutsukis' weakness.

Obito is a mixed bag, for sure.
1. He is a victim of circumstances. A late bloomer with the Sharingan. Always 2nd place to Kakashi. Almost always 2nd place in Rin's heart. "Died" in the cave. "Saved" by Madara. Saw Rin die. Man, I'd go emo too!
2. He truly turned evil. He killed Minato and Kushina. He killed Itachi's teammates. He killed the Uchiha clan as well (this, I'm not sure is truly evil). He challenged the world to a whole world war. He manipulated Nagato and Konan. He killed Konan (my waifu babe).
3. I cry every single time I remember Kushina's line in the game, where she says, "I want my child to be like Obito." She treated and loved Obito like a son.
Anyway, all this to say that Obito is a very complex villain.

To be honest, Itachi had no choice but to obey. He knows what happened to Shisui. Why would he risk disobeying Danzo?

Fave kages would be Minato, Tsunade, and Mei. Minato because he would have been the best ever, and his "simple spams" in using the Hiraishin and Rasengan are way too genius.
Tsunade because she took care of the village quite well.
Mei because WAIFU PRO MAX!

Quick continuity fix if I'm not mistaken. Naruto was never tied up to the wooden post since they did really well in the bell test. Sakura's statement contradicts that.
"To think he was tied up to itor something like that.

My fave pairing has to be NaruSaku. Crack (non-canon) pairing faves would be NaruIno, NaruMei, and NaruKonan.
NaruSaku makes the most sense, given how the story developed up to the Pain Arc. But the Kage Summit arc decided, "nope. We gonna make Sakura a Sasuke douche again."
NaruIno for a very interesting character development. Mei or Konan just because they're hot as HELL!

Since when can shadows go against their summoner? The way you've portrayed shadows is really strange and frustrating. They talk and disobey? While you're definitely trying to stay true to Naruto, it feels like you're treating the shadows and necromancer system as if they're just toys. Take the Shadow Monarch and his summon, "Iron," for example. Do you really think he would choose to follow if he had his mind intact and hadn’t been affected by the system? Allowing the shadows to verbally communicate and disobey him doesn’t do the story any favors; it just feels wrong. What's next? Is he going to start dating Haku as well? Why not? You've already distorted the shadow system so much! Communicating with the shadows or allowing them to disobey him just feels wrong. What's next? Is he going to date Haku as well? Why not? Killer Bee v Itachi, I'm going Bee on that one. We all watched how Bee dismantled Sasuke, Jugo, Suigetsu, and Karin at the same time. Now we could argue healthy Itachi, but that's just Mangekyo (Kage Summit) Sasuke.
