Haku is way stronger than a genin, he's as strong as a jonin Zabuza said he's stronger than him. Plus the only reason he lost is he didn't want to kill them and naruto used the kyubi.

While I don't hate their interaction. Bee has no business training Naruto at this point, considered he was Shinobi of enemy nation. Bee may not care but A definitely is even if they were in debt with Jiraiya. They would at least tried to replay it with something else that not put their village at disadvantages.
Worst, B just downright tell Naruto that Jiraiya was his godfather as in Jiraiya toild them. Now enemy Shinobi knew that Jiraiya has this kind of weakness, what stopping them from just capture Naruto to force Jiraiya's hand.
You make Naruto progression slow but realistic, so he's not strong enough to protect himself against that kind of threat just yet.
From story standpoint, I felt this make no sense at all.

I really wish you went for another route that fit in with Shinobi's World. Yeah Edo Tensei existed but still...
Korea Manhwa make me hate Necro... almost majority of them make MC necro and hype it up as 1 of the strongest profession. When in reality, 1 good Cleric could purified entire army of them. But those never seem to existed in those world just to make Necro felt unbeatable.
You don't have to fear anything, you can kill anyone and if you need info out of them, just kill and raise them as minion to answer your question. Make them teach you skill.
I really felt many conflict can easily be solve as Necro, especially in a setting that has no cleric to counter them.

Well Naruto stated it himself, he's an attacker. Water Breathing Style would combo with his Kenjutsu as you said and if he can go into Hinokamikagura from there then that opens up a whole new style for him. And its nothing even special for the Naruto series just using the body and controlling it to its utmost efficiency in every single possible way.
