Tough call I think either the Senju Brothers, Hiruzen, Onoki, and Orochimaru but I think Hiruzen due to his titles as the God of Shinobi and the Professor or maybe all of them depending on how the story goes.

I believe a useful shadow for naruto would be someone who’s powerful in ninjutsu, hopefully wind as one of the persons elements, power doesn’t really matter for the shadow, simply what skills they have. A ninjutsu specialist shadow can teach Naruto tond of jutsu, sadly my knowledge lf Naruto characters isnt enough for me to think of ninjutsu specialists with wind chakra that arent Hiruzen or Asuma

Cool chapter, I liked the way the Third vs Orochimaru fight went so differently. As for the question, this time around there was no shinigami deal, so if Naruto can manage to get Hiruzen's shadow that will make him a LOT stronger in the short term, as well as giving him access to perhaps the best teacher in the world.

I really liked this chapter
and as a new shadow for Naruto I would choose Kimimaro
His skills are very good and he will be able to use them at 100% without having his illness as a shadow
