I hope he actually accepts Fuu's proposal it would be boring if you just go with the flow of cannon i hope you add some au to make things spicy.
Definitely Pein arc since it's the part where Naruto felt a huge lost in jiraiya and growing up from it. I seriously doubt itachi could win for one he is sick, and he has less experience than nagato although he could win depending on the interaction with tsukoyomi with the rinnegan

I think Naruto stays in the village. At this time he benefits more staying in the village. He has access to jutsu, training and access to a safer way to gain experience from the village.(battle experience outside of the gamer exp system) it also gives him a safe place to grind skills,jutsu and levels without being hunted.
1) I like the chunin arc personally. Though I see it that most major villages might not send their best teams to a chunin exam outside of their home territory. Mainly so their best Genin don't get kidnapped.
2) probably healthy itachi

An Uchiha mocking someone for copying them? The hypocrisy is lost on him I guess.
Sasuke made the Uchiha style? What? I think you meant "all the blood, sweat, and tears that Sasuke had put into mastering the Uchiha style."
A single point for leveling up? What the hell? That's worthless.
Gamer's Mind just males the Gamer calm and makes them immune to extreme mental attacks so if your using the actual version then there's nothing wrong with it. If your going to use the fucked up and utterly stupid version that you see frequently in fanfics then please don't.
What do you mean by realistic? Cause realistically the only way a Gamer can develop is to be op, anything else is unrealistic. If you want hik to have a challenge then just speed up the endgame before he gets too op but anything else would just be blatant nerfing.

I think it just going to drop this here and avoid reading more as just by your AN, I know I won't like where this is going as every story that tries to use the Gamer system but tries to limit it (in really stupid ways too) tends to end up a cluster fuck of plot holes and forced drama.

I say Naruto should tell Fuu to give him some time to think at least towards the end of the month. That way he can get much stronger, and has a chance to run into Jiraiya which both can work together along with Fuu. Fuu can get special permission from her leader as an alliance with Konaha, and Naruto can ally with her(whether romance happens or not not the point). She can inform Jiraiya which he can start training her and Naruto.
He can try to use her as a measuring stick, and eventually teach her the Shadow clone jutsu(with Jiraiya's permission).
At least this way there is a lot of open room to escape at the end of the month, during the invasion(if there is one), or convince her to train with a Sanin as part of an alliance(they are considered weapons of mas destruction so Jiraiya would be the only candidate to really be chosen if that is the case).
