great this reveals that the system can give you any skill from any world not just leveling
Obviously I would choose black flash although camouflage is fine I just hope that the description of the skills is shown in the next chapter

I think you should definitely keep the nuance of the black flash not being triggered at will. So probably a percentage chance of landing it with every hit naruto lands using taijutsu starting off at like 0.5% or maybe even lower seeing as its a bery powerful ability and then getting higher every level

First if all it is widely accepted that a proud hyuuga like neji would bot use ninjutsu like the mudwall as it as inferior to the gentle fist.
Second, i like the chapter very much a nice written fight i would say
