This fic is pretty amazing and as for the pairing honestly i haven't read very many good Naruto x Ino fanfiction so that would be cool.
You could also do a pairing of Naruto/Hinata/Ino because with that earlier quest for naruto it proves hes the last male of his clan which would make naruto eligible for the CRA(clan restoration act)
dont actually think CRA is cannon but it is historically accurate that Japanese nobles sometimes took multiple lovers

sure, this is a cliffhanger, but this just adds more excitement for next chapter. As for the question, I would go with either Fuu, or Yugito, Fuu would maie more sense given how theyve already interacted.

In the beginning you promised Naruto wouldnt be overpowered.
Wow. Dude only survived for 12 seconds and is REWARDED by getting the most overpowered class in solo leveling. This isnt a gamer fic in terms of 'The Gamer' its just a Solo Leveling one.
Naruto only survived for twelve seconds. Naruto should of had something like the basic three class choice (fighter, thief, mage) or just not been given a job change quest at all or much later.
On top of that naruto has the power of a god by the end of the series anyway. Regardless, he does not need a gamer ability. A self insert with it is fine. But any established characters kinda water the story down.
Speaking of story... CHANGE the story. This is just another remake story that pretty much copies verbatim, what happens in the Naruto story. You do not need to tell the same story. Most of us have read all of it already. Reading the same story is a chore. The point of fanfiction is to divert the story. Take it to a different unexplored place. If you want a good example of a great self-insert story, look at Shinobi: The RPG.

...ngl but every element you add to your story to make it more original is kinda terrible and stupid. Like you have the naruto story and you add the gamer element too it and from that point on you just change how things happen...easy af assignment and then you have this story which can't even get the basic elements of naruto mechanics or the gamer mechanics correctly add some dumb ass shit.
