Read till this point. I like that you tried to incorporate solo leveling and naruto, but I feel like you missed an integral portion of what makes solo leveling what it is. Solo leveling’s gamer system was designed to force and encourage the growth of the character extremely quickly. This is blatantly not the case for Naruto. The leveling system is not trying to enable fast ability growth to support a new power base. All in all, I’m floored by what the purpose of the gamer system here. Naruto should be much stronger than Sasuke by now. He should be accumulating power exponentially… So yeah I’m horribly confused.
There’s also the fact there could have been instant dungeons to help support his growth, but it just hasn’t existed. I truly don’t understand this. He “can’t” use his shadows because his mp is never growing. Honestly, the expectation for this kind of situation is for the gamer to use their shadows a lot. They help him. They haven’t done much of anything because they can only stick around for like 2 minutes. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Okay so a few things
1. Should you include gamers mind - even tho I like it, I wouldn't include it if you don't because there isn't a reason to write a fic you don't enjoy.
2. Giving a character the gamer system and then including "draw backs" is annoying there are manwha that do this but it certainly isn't solo leveling. Also bloodlines and powers are suppose to give you a edge I mean the mokuton, sharigan, rinnigan and byakugan are all over powered.
3 The term "Realistic Approach" I see the term used allot by authors and its normally a cop out or throw away line used when they want to nerf a MC or have them grow slowly with just saying slow growth. And it doesn't fit here because "realistically just like anyother Gamer Manwha you can grind" Its move unrealistic for him to maintain weakness, low intelligence or have people around him near or above his level.
Honestly when you don't want a strong or you want to nerf a ability its easier to just remove parts of the ability instead of giving terrible reasons for the character not to grow.
Example - Gamer can only scan people and copy abilities but they don't level in the system
Gamer levels offer know stat buffs they have to be gained naturally.
Then after all of this nerfing you realize you can right a story about a character that works slightly harder than normal and get all the same effects you want without butchering the gamer ability.
Now I haven't read further I'm just basing this on the way the A/N rubs me which isn't good. Maybe the NERFS in future chapters won't butcher the gamer ability to basically being more harmful than Shadow clone training which is cannon.
Heres to hoping this is actually like solo leveling and not just using that name to draw in readers.

Well he definitely should have lost intelligence points there. Like holy cow that edgelord comment was supposed to be tongue in cheek teasing.
I would have expected him to try using observe on others tests. Maybe steal a test on his way back, blatantly. Or just plain fail. Anything at all other than the sheer treason.
