Water affinity for now would be better as it has both offensive and defensive jutsus... Also did Naruto claim the original kubiribocho? will Naruto learn kenjutsu and silent killing from Zabuza? Will he be learning one handed hand seals from Haku?

Go with overwhelming offense, fire or wind. Naruto isn’t a defensive type he’s a all out assault hit hard and fast and loud.

If you want to do something other than the normal wind, go Water Nature from his Mum. With the whole Necromancer build you could lean into a connection with his Uzamaki side and connection to the Shinigami (like the Death Reaper seal isn't the only connection the Uzamaki have to the Shinigami). If you also do Water could make it a whole training thing with Zabuza who gets annoyed at having a weak summoner and trains him in Water Jutsu so he gets strong enough to find worthy opponents.

I love this, have naruto be a water main with a earth sub. for a weapon I think it would be nice for him to use a spear or staff. I love to use the king avatar as inspiration.

I think you can tone down the using of 'dobe'. It gives negative vibes to sasuke's and Naruto's relationship. I mean using it once or twice in a convo is fine, but sasuke call Naruto a dobe every fucking single time. Its very irritating.

a few spelling error's, Eye not eyes he only has 1 sharingan, instead of few would be better grammar to use three, also the sharingan is not the direct counter so it would make more since to put the sentence as The sharingan is Able to counter taijutsu, ninjutsu and see through genjutsu.

personally the elements i would choose will be water wind and lightning. if naruto could get two out of the three that would be cool but one of them works. It has some decent fight scenes but personally not a fan at all of boruto.
